Volgo-Vyatsky branch of NCCA
Nizhny Novgorod branch of the NCCA was established in the public Nizhny Novgorod centre ‘Cariatide.’ In 2007, with establishing branches in Samara, Izhevsk, Kirov and Kazan, the branch was renamed into Privolzhsky. After establishing Srednevolzhsky branch of NCCA in Samara at the end of 2014, Privolzhsky branch was renamed into Volgo-Vyatsky to make the territorial identification of branches more specific. Since 2016 it is a part of the United State Museum and Exhibition centre ROSIZO.
The main objectives of the branch are supporting modern art and cultural initiatives, promoting cultural environment in Nizhny Novgorod; improving the quality of life; providing diverse cultural recreation for people of different ages and interests, and investing into human capital of the region: intellectual and creative growth of kids and young adults.
