Ekaterina Cultural Foundation
The Ekaterina Cultural Foundation was founded in 2002 by the collectors Ekaterina and Vladimir Semenikhin. The first private exhibition space in Moscow – the halls of Ekaterina Cultural Foundation in Kuznetsky Most – opened in February 2007. The Ekaterna Cultural Foundation actively collaborates with the state museums, art centres, foundations and other institutions both in Russia and abroad. An important objective of the exhibition programme is introducing to the Russian audience the contemporary Russian and international art. The Foundation gives special attention to the publishing programme. Within the framework of the exhibition programme the Foundation published a series of unique catalogues and monographic albums.
